Have you tuned into Conan’s podcast, “Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend”? You really should. Conan is as charming and sharp as ever and the format really suits him.

Recently, his co-host Sona put him on a bit of journey when she brought in some weed gummies for him to try. He stated on air that he doesn’t really do anything anymore, so this would be a big deal for him.

Two weeks later, he came back with a hilarious update.

“I have turned taking gummies into a chore. I have nibbled on the corner of the sleep one. I want to say less than half. First of all, they’re delicious. They taste great and paired with the right wine, fantastic. What I’ve managed to do in two weeks is nibble a quarter of one. I’m a redhead, so I’m very tolerant, so of course I’ve felt nothing so far. But I haven’t gone whole hog. Chill is the one that interested me and I have not tried one yet.”

It’s a great look into how nuanced the weed gummy experience can be. To some, even half of one of these gummies would put them deep in a couch. But Conan, who has zero tolerance, doesn’t even feel it.

He claims that he’ll step it up for the next show, so we’ll have to see where it takes him. Either way, it’s a fun window into someone’s amateur dive into the gummy realm.
