It’s World Cup season, and people are celebrating in all kind of ways. One of them is by creating FIFA-themed bongs, if you’re Cosmic Charlie’s in Toronto.
The FIFA president himself had suggested everyone “relax and chill” when watching the games, so a custom bong feels like a pretty understandable place for you mind to go. However, FIFA was swift in stamping down the bong, with a cease and desist letter sent to the company.
FIFA lawyers aren’t the sort that you challenge, so the two brothers who own Cosmic Charlie’s took a hammer to the bong and sent proof to the lawyers.
Unfortunately FIFA doesn’t have the biggest sense of humor when it comes to their trademark.
